What to expect when booking your reading

Essential reading before your meeting with indigo 

 

✨Firstly you receive confirmation of booking which is sent automatically via the wix website.

​

✨There are very rare occasions when Indigo will need to reschedule, if that is the case Indigo will endeavour to rebook as convenient. (IF there is no slot that suits you then please message indigo via email or website) 

​

    All bookings are set to Uk time - g.m.t 

Postponement of readings possible up to 1 hour before

No refunds are offered

You will be sent a reminder of your scheduled reading before the allotted timeslot.

​

All readings are conducted over video or voice call google meet.

 

therefore no telephone numbers needs to be exchanged.

​

Indigo will send a google meet link within 5 min of your booking, all you need to do is click to join. 

​

trouble shooting google meet - no need to download any app. Make sure your computer or Phone used has been given permission for google meet to use the video, microphone and speakers. The permission can be given by going to the settings cog.

​

Do not hesitate to message indigo directly via email or the contact form if you have any difficulties.

Preparing for a reading

​

✨Find a comfortable and peaceful place to sit or lay down with no children. ​

 

✨Ensure you are set up in a place where you will not be disturbed or overheard. 

 

✨No readings are available as a shared experience they are for one sitter only.

 

✨Sensitive matters may arise and it is not recommended to have others within a listening distance. 

 

✨Have tissues, drink - preferably water and pen and paper to hand for notes.

✨Charge your device.

 

✨You are welcome to record the reading for your own personal use. 

 

✨Recordings are not permitted to be shared on social platforms or public spaces.

​

✨Indigo does not Read into Health, Finance or Legal matters - as she is not qualified.

​

​✨To comply with advertising law all readings are classed as entertainment. 

​

✨No reading will be scary, Indigo does not state messages of doom gloom or death.

​

✨Mediumship is sensitive, can be very emotional. 

 

✨mediumship - Indigo requests a name and relationship - all mediums work differently.

​✨The reading is to benefit you, any conversation you wish to cease please say.

✨Indigo is an expert in divination, and is a perfect reader for new & nervous clients.
